  The picture above is the vegetable that I planted at our home garden. That one called alugbati or also known as basella, it is similar to spinach but it has a purple stems. I choose this vegetable because it is very easy to plant. It also goods source of essential nutrients .it is excellent source of calcium, iron, vitamin a, vitamin c, and vitamin b and iron. Not only alugbai is easy to plant that’s why I choose this vegetable but also it has a good benefits to our body. Planting vegetable gave me enjoyment because when I saw that it is growing It offers a sense of satisfaction’s think can harvest this vegetable by November

                   Like the other people I want to become a role model  to the people .especially to those tenagers because they didn’t give importance the nature that they have ,they don’t have time in planting because they are busy in chatting, I want to influence the youth and open there are that  note only twitter ,face book ,snap chat atc , provdes enjoyment but also laning trees and vegatables.
